Twitch Commerce is a mission-driven organization that drives growth for Twitch creators by building, launching and managing revenue products that delight creators and viewers. This team is comprised of business leaders, engineers, product managers, and data scientists located across SF and Seattle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day business management of our growing portfolio of revenue products for Premium Content, such as esports events, VOD, licensed SVOD, and mobile content.  During a typical week, the Premium Content Monetization Manager will identify and size new growth opportunities, determine the business requirements necessary to build product around the opportunities, and develop data-driven models to guide expectations and manage business performance.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally across the entire organization including Partnerships, Content Acquisition, Sales, Marketing, Product, UX, Engineering, Business Development, Finance and Legal to drive concepts from strategy to execution.  You will leverage your knowledge of tech and media industries, content monetization strategies, and business operations to deliver results.   As one of the first key hires to support a growing Business team within Commerce, you have will the opportunity to grow our portfolio of monetization products while influencing how Twitch is perceived by both creators and media companies.


  • Formulate monetization strategies for content categories on Twitch, including esports, licensed content, windowed content, VOD, and mobile platforms
  • Determine the business requirements to ensure financial viability of our premium content strategy while working closely with Product Managers
  • Develop complex financial and operational models and present strategic narratives to senior management
  • Partner with department leads across the company to ensure that monetization strategies support Twitch’s growth initiatives with a focus on operational effectiveness
  • Measure and report on monetization performance and other KPIs with an aim towards driving growth

  • BS/BA required, MBA strongly preferred
