We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Account Director for creative agency (which is currently under construction) to build, manage and develop the accounts team, identify and acquire new business opportunities as well as deliver the best quality of creative work that meets the client’s needs.

Skills and Experiences

In particular, we expect of you to:
take care of the following key responsibilities:
  • Building, managing the client service teams and guaranteeing efficient delivery of all projects

  • Establishing real, trusted dialogue with potential clients, internal teams and external agency partners

  • Client acquisitioning, and building and maintaining client relationships

  • Being a representative of the Kinguin brand in regular interactions with clients

  • Actively listening, proactive planning, understanding and connecting the Agency resources to maximize output and drive efficiency

  • Building an environment conducive to imaginative thinking

  • Organizing and articulating thoughts clearly while providing context and background for all projects

  • Building relationships with new clients and taking their briefs

  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Meet the requirements listed below:
  • 5 years Agency, or related, experience required

  • Strong background in creating integrated advertising campaigns

  • Proven ability to build trust, drive decisions, and foster strategic integrity of work with multiple clients

  • Exceptional presentation skills; well versed in brand storytelling

  • Experience in creating and strengthening business relationships

  • Ability to draw conclusions, create recommendations

  • A background in advertising, design or marketing

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Commitment and attitude towards goals

  • Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects

  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platform
