JudgeHype is an information network dedicated to video games from Blizzard Entertainment, created on January 8, 1998 and held by two Belgian fans, their pseudonyms, JudgeHype (Julien Petroons) and Sharas. Originally focused on the Diablo series, the website then expanded to most other Blizzard Entertainment titles.
The website is divided into twelve dedicated sites: a portal, and eleven other sites, each dedicated to a game, which are: Overwatch, Diablo II, Diablo II, Warcraft III, World of Warcraft, HearthStone, Heroes of the Storm , StarCraft II, StarCraft: Ghost, and a final site devoted to the movie Warcraft: The Beginning.
JudgeHype is a reference for Diablo II players in the French-speaking world:
49.5 million pages displayed in January 2009;
4 million visitors, an average of about 129,000 unique visitors per day;
8.6 million visits, or approximately 226,000 visits per day.
JudgeHype provides several ways to interact with its visitors, including a forum, the possibility to leave comments for news as well as some articles and a database for World of Warcraft completed by the players.
In addition, games sites have fanfictions, fan arts, screenshots, and more.
The World of Warcraft site currently holds a French-language reference to new game content and holds one of the most important databases on the game.
